You write about a thing well, when you have been through it. Aren’t you feeling it right now? As you’re here doing a similar thing as my eye quotes.

Anxiety is a war within youngsters, like wars in space where the audience can blindfold.

There is a logical and reasonable difference between being anxious and being depressed. Don’t misunderstand either term. Both scientific and medical add unique value to depression and anxiety.

Do you feel tensed every day? Over every little decision outcomes? Panic for the coming moment?

Let me tame a tale for you, providing one-shot defining terms.

Occasional anxiety is an emotional deep-felt habit of every human. Here I refer to it as an often emotional overtake. Consciously tensed about deciding, before taking a test, before taking any step ahead in life. To an extent, it is a natural emotional characteristic of human behavior. But remember, if these things start a disturbance in your personal space and interfere with your daily activities, then you need to consult a psychologist. Severe anxiety may trigger a disturbance in the aspects of physical health, causing increased blood pressure and heart rate.

Depression is a mood disorder when you have lost something precious or negative effects from your beloved things cause depression. Depression is the most estimated disorder in teens (in the ’20s) and highly predicted among women. Depression is also a symptom of Chronic illness of heart diseases and diabetes.

Now introverts don’t tell me social distance is also anxiety in your consideration. Might be, but that’s okay.

Overcoming anxiety in a short period.

Be focused and concentrate on the present.

Ignore the negative thoughts and control your overthinking habit. Pretty sure every person with anxiety usually has the habit of overthinking. Don’t let your leisure time spend on overthinking.

Let your free time occupied by reading books, watching movies, anything but every time do what you love more.

Be self-motivated, and you are the one who controls your thoughts, not your anxiety to define you.
